Each and every property is important to us and Groves have always concentrated on providing a personal service to all our clients.

All property details are put on display in the area specific branch.

All properties are fully marketed on our website, as well as the Rightmove and Globrix websites and details of any property can be acquired from all three of our high profile offices, located on Acorn Road, Jesmond, High Street, Gosforth and Bridge Sreet, Morpeth. After out initial visit to your property, we will:

  • write to you to confirm our valuation
  • outline the costs to you
  • outline advertising and marketing strategy

Once you are in a position to instruct us to market your home, we will then carry out a second visit, take a range of photographs and measure up in detail for the written particulars.

All marketing literature and photographs are approved by you prior to being mailed out to our extensive mailing list. This is important because photographs sell properties, especially the professional service that we can provide, free of charge.

North East HouseHunter:

In 2001, we started advertising in the North East HouseHunter, a new property magazine covering from Durham to Berwick and the coast to Hexham.

We saw this as an excellent opportunity to greatly improve the quality of our advertising with the added benefit of far more competitive rates, resulting in cheaper advertising for our clients.

The magazine is available from all Newsagents on a Friday and has already proven to be an outstanding success generating a substantial number of enquiries each week.
