Celebrating our twenty-second year, we are a privately owned independent Estate and Lettings Agent with offices in Gosforth and Jesmond, in Newcastle upon Tyne, and Morpeth in Northumberland, utilising all branches to fully market all properties.
Established in 1990, we have carved a niche in the market providing a "hands on" personal and professional service. We specialise in residential sales and lettings, student lettings and property management.
Having been established for so long, we have unrivalled knowledge not only of the sales and lettings market but are also aware of local issues. We have a dedicated property management department and we have been successfully managing properties for many years.
