Newcastle City Centre

City Centre

The hub of our vibrant city, close to all amenities, nightlife and the universities then this is the location for you. Rents range from around £65 - £130 per person per week.

Osborne Road, Jesmond


For a more village style atmosphere but still close to the City Centre, then this is the place for you. With shops, cafes and nightlife in the various bars on Osborne Road to the tranquil Dene, Jesmond is well placed for both universities and is well served by the Metro. Rents range from around £60 - £120 per person per week.

Zonzo's in Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne


 On the outskirts of the  city centre, Sandyford is closer to both universities, as well as the city centre with all of the amenities on offer. Rents are usually slightly lower than in the city centre ranging from around £60 - £80 per person per week.

Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne


More affordable student housing in this area. Ideally situated for students studying at Newcastle Universities Medical School. Rents range from around £40 - £65 per person per week.

Heaton Park, Newcastle upon Tyne


Another good location for students looking for more affordable student housing. A large area with a selection of local amenities and bus route to the surrounding areas and city centre. Rents range from around £35 - £65 per person per week.

Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne


Further away from the city centre but within easy commuting distance then this could be the location for you. With excellent bus and metro links and a good selection of local amenities. Rents range from around £55 - £80 per person per week.

Windmill, Spital Tongues, Newcastle upon Tyne

Spital Tongues

Close to the city centre and the university campuses. A popular location with fewer student properties available, you will pay slightly more for the accommodation. Rents range from around £65 - £120 per person per week.

Fee & Damage Deposit Information

In order to reserve your chosen property you are required to pay our fee of £118.80 Inc VAT PER PERSON  (£99 + VAT per person) which is non-refundable.

Once the fee is paid the property is removed from the market for a period of two weeks, giving you time to complete and return all of the required paperwork with supporting documents in the tenancy agreement pack and pay the damage deposit.

You are also required to pay: (When returning all of the completed tenancy agreement pack)

  • A DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Equivalent to one month's rent, to be paid in one transaction only. (Occasionally a landlord may request a higher deposit amount. You would be notified of this before any fees were taken)

The non-refundable admin fee covers a variety of works which does vary depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy. This incorporates but is not limited to the following; referencing of tenants and guarantors, if applicable, financial checks, employment checks, negotiation of the tenancy, preparation of the agreements, agreeing any special terms conditions or clauses, right to rent checks, identification checks, handling and processing of monies.
