We have a vacancy for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to join our busy Accounts and Property Management Department. You must be computer literate and able to work under pressure.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Processing rental damage deposit, rents and utility bill payments. Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors. Working alongside and backing up the Property Management and front of house teams. Carrying out property Inspections and check in's during busier periods and/or staff holidays. Dealing with Lettings administration and filing. Standing in for the Accounts Manager during holiday leave.
Experience of a similar position is desirable.
